  SHIPPING POLICY


Our Current Shipping Methods are:

Maximum delivery time once you receive email confirmation that your order is shipping. Most areas in Canada will receive their order within 2-3 business days.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $99 OFFER IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CANADIAN SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
  Shipments that require extra shipping charges, as levied by Canada Post, may not qualify for free shipping. Delivery times from Canada Post may be extended. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas. If this is the case we will contact you before we make any charges to your account.
Tracking information will be provided to customers with valid email addresses.
A fee of $15 to $20 may be charged for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customers error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you provide.
 
 

Lost or Damaged Shipment
We carefully pack and check all boxes before they are sent. However damages can occur during transit. When an item is received damaged please follow the instructions below that pertain to the carrier used for shipment or call our Customer Service Department or contact us via email. DO NOT throw out the boxes the item(s) was shipped in, the carrier will need to see the shipping box to determine coverage of damages.

Delivery Promise
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Whey-Factory.com will ship your order by Canada Post or Purolator or UPS. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery, depending on destination. All orders are normally shipped to the delivery address that you supplied within 48 hours of receipt. All orders received over the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday am, then will be shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping Time Frame
All in stock orders are shipped the same day if the order is received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time during weekdays (non-holiday). Weekend or holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the next business day. Shipping times are between 2 to 5 business days.

Order Status and Tracking
You can check the status of your order online and find out when it shipped. For orders shipped via Canada Post / Purolator you can also track your package. If you feel your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please check your order status online:

Order by Phone - Please contact Customer Service at 1.888.674.7282, from Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - Eastern Time. Leave a message outside these hours and we'll call you back within 24 hours.

Order by Email - You can also email your order to us! info@whey-factory.com - Please specify what product you are ordering and where you would like your product to be shipped Be sure to include your phone number along with your name, address, and order description.


Methods Of Payment

To ensure your security, your credit card information will be processed offline using the Paypal credit card processing system, one of the world's largest and most secure payment processors. Be sure that the billing name and address that you give matches what your credit card company has on file. This is most likely the address that your credit card bill goes to. If it does not match, it may cause delays to your order or may cause your order to be declined.

With a credit card payment, you will notice the charge on your bill or statement within 2 business days.  Whey-Factory.com will appear on your card statement.

Using Discount Codes
Discount codes are often used when we have special offers for our customers. To take advantage of the discount code, place the item or items the discount applies to in your shopping cart and please hit the recalculate button to update the pricing when you apply the discount coupon in your cart. Please check the order to make sure that the discount was applied to your item. If you notice an error or have difficulties, please contact one of our Customer Service Specialists.

Out of Stock (Backorders)
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may be out-of-stock on certain products.  If an item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email. If weve sold out you will be offered an alternative and we will tell you how long you will have to wait until new stock arrives. You will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then Whey-Factory.com reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Backordered items, if shipped separately, will incur additional shipping charges.

Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order
Because we try to get your products to you as soon as possible, there is limited time for you to cancel. If you made your purchase on our website, you must cancel the same day.  If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order.

The only exceptions may be orders that have gone into backorder and orders with a declined credit card that has not been successfully processed yet.

Tax Policies
Sales taxes may apply to your order depending on where you live. Please check your area below for more details.
Orders Delivered to Quebec, Canada
The 5% Federal Sales Tax (GST) and the 7.5 % Provincial Sales Tax (PST) are applied to orders delivered to Quebec addresses.

Orders Delivered to the Rest of Canada (excluding Quebec)
Only the 5% Canadian Federal Sales Tax will be applied to these orders, except for New Brunswick, New Foundland and Nova Scotia who will be charged for the HST 13%.
No Sales Taxes for U.S. Customers
Canadian sales taxes do not apply to U.S. customers. Therefore, our U.S. customers are not charged any sales taxes, Canadian or American, provided their order is delivered to an address in the U.S.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to Canadian dollars and pay the appropriate amount.

We accept the return of all products only if they are returned within 30 days of receipt at home. Products must be in the original packaging. Products must be shipped back to us at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. One order only per customer will be refunded. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds. If available, please include your invoice or packing slip with your return. How Do I Return A Product?

Whether you would like a refund or a replacement product;

The reason for your return:

-Dissatisfaction;

A Customer Service Rep will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and (if necessary) shipment instructions for returning the item.

Damaged Shipments

We carefully pack and inspect all boxes before they are shipped. However, damages can occur during transit. If you receive damaged product, please follow the instructions below to ensure that you get full credit:

  1. Hold the product at your location.
  2. Make a list of all the damaged items.
  3. Take photographs of all the damaged product and send the photograph(s) to info@whey-factory.com.

We will contact you with further instructions once we have reviewed the issue. Do not dispose of anything in the shipment from product to shipping box. Rest assured that Whey-Factory will replace all products free of charge for all items legitimately damaged during transit.

Lost Shipments

Shipments may take 2-8 days depending on the courier used and on your location. Please see below for approximate delivery dates.
